The service
PDFsip offers free tools to work with PDF files. The tools run in your web browser: your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us. See our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may use PDFsip for personal and business purposes. You agree not to:
- use it for anything illegal, or with files you have no right to use;
- disrupt, overload or attack the website, or try to get around its security;
- copy or resell the website itself, or present it as your own.
Your files and content
Your documents remain yours. We don't receive them and claim no rights to them. You are responsible for the files you work with and for keeping your own backups. Always check the result before you rely on it or send it to others.
Our intellectual property
The PDFsip name, logo, design and website code belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licences.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep PDFsip available and working well, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Liability
The tools are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profits resulting from using PDFsip. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Reporting a problem
To report a bug, misuse of the site or anything unlawful, email hello@pdfsip.com. We review every report and respond as quickly as possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to go to a court where you live.
